1. Who provides the services
These terms describe how Max Paperwork provides research, writing, document design, editing and translation services. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Max Paperwork; “you” refers to the client commissioning the work.
Our team may contribute to the work under our direction. The service provider remains Max Paperwork. Please use the contact form for questions about these terms.
2. Agreeing the work
Before we begin, we agree the brief, intended formats, price, estimated schedule and delivery scope in writing. Prices are quoted for each project; we do not publish a rate card. Any additions or changes to scope are discussed before extra work proceeds.
We make many kinds of documents. Services may include audits, research, analysis, writing, editing, translation, data tables, charts and document design, as agreed for your project. We confirm the sources, materials and formats each project needs in the brief.
3. Samples, revisions and payment
For most jobs we first share a short sample, such as a first section, page or finding, so you can judge the work before you commit. Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in the quote you accept.
Revisions within the agreed brief are included, as stated in the quote. Please send all requested changes together, in writing. We will correct anything from the agreed brief that was missed; a new direction or additional requests may need a separately agreed scope.
See how we deliver for the complete process.
4. Ending work
Working with us is not a subscription or a minimum-spend commitment. You are under no obligation to order further work, and you can stop whenever you want.
We can work on complete projects or on agreed parts of a project. Ending future work does not remove obligations relating to work already approved, paid deliverables, confidentiality or permitted use of third-party material.
5. Your materials and our deliverables
Please supply materials you are authorized to use, with accurate instructions and any required permissions for data, images, names, logos, trademarks and other content. We use materials you provide to perform the agreed services.
Samples and drafts are supplied for evaluation only and may not be published or used commercially before the work is paid for. Once paid in full, the delivered document is yours to use, edit and publish for the purposes agreed in the brief. Ownership or licensing of commissioned elements is specified in that brief; third-party images, data, fonts and other assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Editable project files and standalone source assets are included only when expressly agreed. We do not promise exclusivity over third-party elements.
6. Confidentiality and portfolio use
We use non-public client materials only for the agreed work and share them only with team members and service providers who need access for that work. We will seek permission before publicly presenting your unpublished or confidential client work as a portfolio example.
7. Website examples and reasonable expectations
Examples on this website are illustrative and are not claims about any client’s results. We guarantee that delivered work meets the agreed brief. We do not guarantee a funding or tender decision, a search ranking, revenue or any other outcome that depends on third parties.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial or engineering advice. A document that needs such sign-off should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
We take reasonable care in delivering the agreed work. Timelines can depend on the materials and feedback you provide. Any material change to the schedule or scope will be discussed with you.
8. Questions, issues and updates
Please contact us promptly through the contact form if a deliverable, payment or privacy issue needs attention. We will work with you to understand the problem and an appropriate resolution.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-excludable. Updates are dated on this page and apply to future arrangements; a change does not silently rewrite an already agreed project.
