Start with an agreed brief
Max Paperwork provides research, writing, document design, editing and translation services. Before work starts we agree the brief, the formats, the price and the delivery date in writing. Every job has a fixed quote; we do not bill by the hour.
A job can be handled as a complete document or in parts we agree together.
Samples and drafts
For most jobs we first share a short sample, such as a first section, page or finding, so you can judge the approach before you commit. Larger documents may also be shared as a draft for review before the final version.
Revisions within the agreed brief are included, as stated in the quote. Please send all notes together, in writing. New requests or a change of direction can be quoted as a separate scope.
Payment and final delivery
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in the quote you accept. Once payment is confirmed, we deliver the final files in the agreed formats through an agreed download or file-sharing method, with editable versions where agreed.
Please include the invoice reference with your payment. If a payment is delayed or difficult to match, contact us with its transaction reference and we will help trace it. We do not collect payment-card information through this website.
Changing plans or stopping
There is no subscription or minimum spend. If you want to stop while work is underway, tell us promptly so we can pause; any charge for work already completed is settled as set out in the quote.
Problems with the final work
If the final document differs from the agreed brief, has errors we introduced, or did not arrive, use our contact form. We will correct it, redeliver it or arrange a refund as the circumstances require.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law or binding payment-provider rules require.
